Outdoor Experiential Therapy

Christian T. Hill, MA and the Alpine Connection team are now providing individual and small group OUTDOOR EXPERIENTIAL therapy opportunities for same gender clients.  These individualized trips are best suited for those teens who either refuse to step foot in a counselor's office, or who might not respond well to the traditional one-hour, in-office, therapy session.  This creative approach is additionally helpful for those teens struggling with substance abuse and addiction who would benefit from extended supervised time away from their social circles and opportunities to use.

Pricing:

• One person = $349/day plus expenses
• Groups of 2 or more = $249/day plus expenses

Trip adventures are chosen based on interests of the individual teen.  Adventures can include hiking, camping, backpacking, fly-fishing, mountain bike riding, rock climbing, snowboarding, hunting, snowshoeing, white water rafting, photography trips, etc.

Online therapy now available!  

Whether in-state or out-of-state, online therapy is a fast-growing form of therapy that allows confidential sessions via the computer and chat capabilities.  These sessions are scheduled and fulfilled with the same level of professionalism and ethical standards as a face-to-face in-office visit.  Online therapy can be a great alternative for those clients who are unwilling or not yet ready to meet a therapist in person.  Sometimes this form of therapy can be a good first step for those who prefer to discuss sensitive issues online or who are out of state.  Please call the Alpine Connection offices if you would like to know
